Rosepine Elementary, located in Vernon Parish, Louisiana, serves a community rich in diversity, love, and community pride.  We are a traditional elementary public school, offering classes for students from Headstart to Sixth Grade.  

Rosepine students and staff each bring forward a unique life story that makes RES a school like no other.  While some of us have been born and raised in the piney woods of Vernon Parish, others have experienced life from all corners of the world.  Uniquely situated in a rural community just miles from a major military installation, we use each day to celebrate our cultures, our experiences, our perspectives, our similarities, and our differences.

Our parish motto is Every Student, Every Day, Whatever It Takes.  The faculty and staff at Rosepine Elementary take this motto to heart and strive to maintain a school climate where academic, social, and emotional needs are met and encouraged to flourish.
